Image Title: Oscillate...Activate
I chose this image as the Featured Design for December 2021 because it reminds me of a beautiful blue and gold Christmas ornament.
This design is titled "Oscillate...Activate" because the way the patterns are arranged represent the rhythmic inward and outward flow of breath when in a deep meditative state. The patterns on the top and bottom symbolize the inward (oscillating) breath, inhaling air deep into the lungs to receive positive energies (golden spheres) from the universe. The patterns on the left and right illustrate outward (activating) breath, exhaling positive vibrations (golden spheres) back into the universe. The three golden tori (in the center, top and bottom) harness, transform and transmit the flow of energy between states of oscillation and activation.
The underlying core structure that makes up this design is based on a prime number pattern of circles (see Jason Davies Prime Number Patterns as an interactive illustration of how this pattern is derived). I incorporated the golden spheres and golden tori to add more depth and energy to the design.
